Momma

I just can't help but blog about my mom around this time. i miss her and i wont shy around it. I love her and i wish all the time she was still here. I know how many people she touched and it makes me sooo sad that she couldn't be here to meet my husband, but i know when we all come back together she will meet him and love him! I can't help but cry while i do this, they are only happy tears.

mom i think of you, i think of all that you missed out on and all that i know you are still apart of...

-coming home from my first day of middle school and telling you ALL about it!
-going into young womens
-graduating from high school
-moving to utah
-my first kiss
-i remember christmas mornings when you would lay all our stuff out and you and dad would stay up all night wrapping and stuffing. thank you
-stopping in dillards to spray pleasures on me
-going through picture albums
-when Rob asked me to marry him
-when Rob and i got married, i know you were there, i know you were helping me get ready, i know you cried just as much as i did, i know you wish you could have hugged me and wiped away my tears
-picking out my dress
-i know you would be a greatgrandma
-i remember when dad and i used to pick you up from BEST
-i remember the McDonalds street house
-i remember when you would pick me up from school and we would be to walmart everyday and just talk
-i remember when slide your hand down the wall to come downstairs
-i miss your smell
-i miss your smile
-i miss your love
-i miss all the diet coke cans around the house

there are soo many things i can think of and i will NEVER forget them.
i miss you, i love you, thank you for being my mom...

Of course, you have me cracking up with the song that is playing...it always reminds me of you!

Then you get me weeping for what we miss. I love you so much. You are a strong girl and have had to go through a lot in your life. Your mom has to be so proud of you.

Thanks for the pictures of your beautiful mother. I loved seeing her like this.

I remember the Diet Cokes and Tiger's Blood Bars in the car....her beautifully manicured hands....the funny stories she always had about growing up...she loved everyone and was kind to everyone.

You are a wonderful wife to our son and a treasure of a daughter-in-law!
