Has it really been 13 years?

June 25, 1999. Not my favorite day, but a day that I will remember forever. My mom was taken from me in not soo fun circumstances. I miss her. I think about her daily and remember her beautiful smile and her warm hugs. I remember her kisses and her love for me and the savior. She is missed by many people. I feel sometimes a really big void in my heart that can't be filled. I know she is constantly watching me and near me. I know she is in heaven holding my little babies, her sweet grandbabies that I thought she would be here to hold in her loving arms. But she's not. She’s in heaven holding them and loving on them until they come to us. I LOVE my mom and I miss her. While sitting in church today we started to sing "because I have been given much" which is my favorite hymn as well as my moms. I couldn't help but start to BALL in sacrament. It was terrible. Some years when her anniversary rolls around it's better than others. Sometimes it's just "woo, I really miss her today" or "I sure wish I could just go to McDonalds and have a Diet coke and a fish filet with her" and then theirs times like, "I can't stand to think that she's been gone for soo long, I don't think I should go into work today because I will cry at the thought of everything and anything" This year its number 3. I can't stand to even think about her, in her last days how sick she was, how I never wanted to go and see her at the hospital, because I knew she would look NOTHING like my mama...I regret that. But all I need to think about is all the good things I remember about her. Her smile, her hugs, her kisses and most of all her Diet Coke. I miss her and I love her. Father's Day!

Happy Late Father's day! We had a good Father's day! We went to church and I was asked to make a special treat to all the father's so I bought some chocolate bars and wrapped a cute little label around it that gave the nutritional value on the back and then a picture of a cute tie on the front. After church we came home and hung out for a few hours and then went to Park City with some friends where we spent the evening with Jame and Kels and their family. We skyped with Rob's mom and dad that just recently got back from Alaskin Tour and cruise for 18 days! And we skyped with my mom and dad for a bit! Both sets of parents met Kels and Jame whom they just love now! It was fun to chat with them both and have them 'meet them'! They will officially meet them in October when we go down to St. George for my 5k that I am running! After we skyped and chatted with everyone we just hung out and played games with their family. It was a very nice time! Rob and I just LOVE Jameson's dad he is soo sweet and has always treated us soo well, as well as Gris and Kev's family. I never feel out of place or un-welcomed. So I wanted to make sure that Jameson's dad knew we thought of him as our 'Utah' Dad! Then for Jameson, and his brothers we gave them a snickers bar For my dad I made him some pictures for his office I've been into making home-made cards so I made Rob's dad and my dad's father's day cards And then the decoration that I had up, it was hard decorating for this holiday, but I made it happen!! I made these cards for my little cousin Dallas for his 3rd birthday and we went to wedding for Jameson's brohter Stop stalking my blog.

Crafting and The Bachelorette

It's always nice to be able to sit and do crafts all by my lonesome and watch girly movies and the Bachelorette! Rob went golfing with one of his buddies and I worked on Future Holiday crafts and decorations!

My Memorial Day/4th of July Wreath!

I asked Rob to bring me a suprise home and he brought me home an Eggies! If you know me well you know I am OBSESSED with infomercials! I LOVE them! People who come up with this stuff are GENISUS'!!! I have been asking for one for a LONG time!!

We were down in Spanish last weekend and were celebrated our cousin Dallas' 3rd birthday! He is in LOVE with Spiderman so he had a Spiderman/Avengers party!! I made all the kids masks and we had some left over! I'm sooo excited for Memorial Day weekend! Camping, Golfing, Crafting and Much MUCH MORE!!

VIVA LAS VEGAS!

OH MAN! We had SUCH a good anniversary! We left for Vegas on Thursday night and drove right into town around 10:30pm stayed in a Marriott and then moved to the JW Marriott in Summerlin. We had luxuary suites and were spoiled the entire time we were there! Rob took such good care of me! He got me a brand new laptop, flowers and new clothes. I got him a new strap for his golf clubs, a card, and a few other things. We are sooooo blessed to have such great friends! We went with Kels and Jameson. Kels is sooooo fun! We get along sooo well! We NEVER fight over spilled milk like some people do and I NEVER have to worry about her getting JEALOUS or angry! Just like my other best friend Gris! Those two NEVER disappoint me! Jameson and Rob have sooo much fun together golfing and playing x-box as well as Kev (Gris' hubby). We are soooo lucky! Soo Saturday morning we had breakfast, went to the strip and walked around for a bit, went to the Coca-Cola Factory, Rob and I's tradition while we are down there! We tasted the flavors then walked next door to the M&M factory. After that we went to lunch for a little bit then on to the New York, New York coaster! I forgot to get a pic but Kels and I had a blast! After that we just walked around inside New York hotel and Kels got her pic in front of the Jelly Bean statue of liberty! While we were there we did the Buffet of Buffets where you can eat at 8 buffets within 24 hours. I would NEVER be able to so we did 3, at the Rio, Paris and Planet Hollywood. Rio was the best, then PH and then Paris. I love Paris for the decor! It was sooo cute and quiet! I loved it! I loved PH because thats where Holly Maddison does her Peepshow and I just love Holly! Well I LOVE all three but they didn't have a show in Vegas to go and take a picture in front of! The Spice Market was at PH and it was really good! Then the Rio which was my favorite! We got FREE tickets to go and see a live comedy show which was really fun, this cute group of old people gave them to us! Saturday we laid out by the pool and got tan and beautiful and then we just relaxed until lunch and dinner and then we walked to the Venitian and watched the gondolas and the volcano and the bellagio water show and just enjoyed eachothers company!

Me and Kels at the Sugar Factory We have sooo much planned this summer! Lots of camping, playing, tanning and much much more! Rob and I have a bucket list for the summer and can't wait to start on it! I think we'll go camping next weeked! I couldn't be more blessed with a wonderful husband that was sealed to me for time and all eternity in the TEMPLE! Were soo happy and can't wait to see what happens in the next 40 years and glad we have genuine friends that are sooo awesome to us that will be there with us through it all!!

4 YEARS?!

Today we celebrate our 4 year anniversary! It's a little unbelieveable how fast it went by! We have spent some pretty awesome times together! California, Kentucky, Missouri, Texas and lots of other places in between! We LOVE spending time together and spending it with our besties Gris and Kev and Kels and Jameson! We've had a great time and I will love him forever! Almost anyone I know says it, but...If I had to do it all over agin, I TOTALLY WOULD!
