What a fun game/night! Giants vs. The Patriots! Giants win! We had a great time with friends, food and fun!!

I made chocolate covered strawberries to make them look like little football's. I made a little banner full of cardstock football's that i cut out with my sihlouette! I have been obsessed with Keep Calm sayings and so I printed one for Superbowl and now for whenever we have a football party! I found some really cute decor at Walmart and the dollar store!

Such a fun nighy with friends, not very good commercials though!

I have been a little but of a slacker when it comes to blogging! So alot of you probably don't know whats going on with The Windells!

May: We celebrated our 3rd anniversary, I unfortunately got laid off!

June: rob finished school and had an interview with Kennecott Copper Mine

July: Kelly, my bestest friend came to visit us in Provo for a week. We had a great time together! We got our pictures taken, which what we always do when she comes to visit or we go home! We were able to get tickets to Stadium of fire for the 2nd! That was a blast! I had been once with my cousins, but Rob and Kelly had never gone! It’s such a fun experience! Brad Paisley and David Archuletta sang which was cool, but my favorite is the Air Force fly over and the Fireworks! On the 3rd Rob was leaving for Switzerland with BYU. So at 5am the vans pulled up and rob left for 2 weeks. It was a really hard day I cried myself to sleep for a good, 7 days and then I started the countdown. Rob got back on the 17th around 11pm and I was sooo excited! He went right back to work at BYU and was happy to show off pictures and tell EVERYONE about his trip!

August: August came and went by really fast! We knew we would hopefully be moving up north so we casually started to look at apartments. The week of the 8-12th finally came! Mom Windell drove into town for Rob’s graduation, but Dad Windell was left behind for his dang job! Joe and Nikki the in-laws I had yet to meet came down from NORTHERN Idaho to see Rob graduate and meet me finally. Rob hadn’t seen them since Christmas of 2007. So we were able to visit and have lots of fun with them! My dad was able to come into town on the 11th around 11pm and had to leave the 13th around 9am! It was a quick visit but it was sooo nice to have here and support us, mom had to stay back and hold the fort down. So on the morning of graduation we sent Rob, Nikki and Joe up to campus to save seats and get Rob in line. The whole thing was VERY quick! This was the first college graduation I had ever been to! Once he walked across that stage it was the BEST feeling EVER! I am sooo proud of HIM! He did such a good job! After he walked we decided to take a walk around campus and show my dad and his mom all around. We came home and started to get the food ready for the dinner/party that night! Around 1pm about 45mins after we got home we were all outside except for mom (THANK GOODNESS!) My dad wanted to see how our water bottle rocket worked that we had made for our cub scouts! While we were outside mom was changing and getting something to eat when she walked out and brought Rob his phone. He had missed a call from a Utah number, they left a message and it was Kennecott. He called them back and they offered him a job that started the 6th of September! We were sooooo thrilled that Rob was given the opportunity! It’s not often you get a job sooo quickly in your degree that you JUST graduated from not one hour before! That night we had a great time with all of our family and just hung out. We moved into our new apartment on the 29th of August and Rob started work the 6th.

September: We celebrated my 24th birthday; we unpacked all of our boxes and have been getting used to our branch and meeting new people!

October: We had 0 trick or treaters and bought A LOT of candy thinking we may have a few!

November: We had Thanksgiving with Gris and Kevin’s family at the Little America in Salt Lake. LONG WAIT, but worth it to be with our friends and good food!

December: We had a FUN December! On the 5th I applied for a job that one of our good friends let me know about, I had the interview on the 6th, offered the job that night at 4:30, 30 minutes after I got out of the interview and started on the 7th! I work as the receptionist at Rescue Alert, and I LOVE it! We were able to go home to California for a few days, it was too short but at least we were able to go! On New Year’s Eve we spent it with Gris and Kev again and had a great time!!

January: This was a fun month! Rob turned 28! We went to Texas Road house with Gris, Kev, Jameson and Kelsey! All four of them surprised Rob so we had a great time! We went to St. George on a whim with Kelsey and Jameson a few weekends ago. They told us on Thursday night and we left on Friday around 7! We went down to support Kelsey run a 5k! We had a great time and ended up in Las Vegas!

February: It’s just started but I know it’s going to be good! We will be celebrating Valentines Day and our Anniversary of us getting engaged!

We love our new apartment! It’s been fun having adventures together and with our friends! Can’t wait to see what 2012 will bring us! Hopefully a baby! Cross your fingers!

I have been able to talk to Rob for the past three days in a row! It has been so nice! I get to wake up to his voice which is even better! i talked to him this morning and it was such a casual conversation! We talked about pictures we just recently took and a Jicama I bought and that he liked jicama! I never knew that! He's doing really well, he said the other night he got really warm so he took off his jacket and slept in just a shirt! But when I was on the phone with him today he said it got pretty cold and so he needed to get into his tent. He has sent me a few pictures which are beautiful! he sent a few this past week but 3 of them were 3-D so only I could see them on my phone, Im pretty sure I can figure it out to put them in 2-D.

I miss him like CRAZY! But i know he will be here soon! Thankfully I have such amazing friends that have helped me through this little trip! Courtney my old neighbor has come over a few times to stay the night and have an AWESOME girls night! Gris and Kevin they invited me over to stay the night and I had car trouble and Thankfully Jerry Gris's amazing Father in law came to my rescue! Kristin and Mike for offering thier home and fun family!! And my wonderful in-laws that call and check up on me daily and sister in laws! Only 7 more days!!!

Man o MAN! Life has changed like CRAZY!

Rob is OFFICIALLY done with school and going to Switzerland pretty soon! I know he's very excited! I will miss him like crazy! I don't like when he is gone for that long...Oh well! It will be an AMAZING experience and I know I will hear all about it when he gets home! My little sister is coming to visit at the beginning of July and we will be taking out annual pictures with her, going to the Freedom Festival in town and the Stadium of Fire! I cannot wait for it! I'm sure we will do alot more but we haven't planned much yet!

I recently lost my job. Apparently I'm "Racist". It was an unfortunate event, but I know it happened for a reason and hopefully I will find something soon. I look almost EVERYDAY. Being home has honestly been nice, but after the first week I had cabin fever! I cleaned EVERYTHING and ANYTHING! I redecorated my front room, reorganized the bedrooms, deep cleaned the kitchen (it needed to be done), and watched alot of Oprah before she left us all! I know the Lord is really throwing a curve ball at me. I need to learn to not get soooo stressed out and trust in him and Rob. I have gotten a few babysitting jobs which have helped out tremendously! So if anyone needs someone to babysit for a few hours to overnight! Let me know! I'm CHEAP!

Other then that we are doing really well! We have been having a blast bbqing and camping. We went a few weeks ago with our friends Courtnet and Drew and were going again. Camping has always been really fun with just Rob and I, but it's always fun to go with more friends!

I'll try and blog more! I'll post our pictures from my sister's photo with of me and Rob when we get them, Stadium of Fire, my sister's visit, Switzerland and how to do Newspaper nails!

Ladies and Gentelmen the Windells are ALIVE! I have been ONE busy lady and so I will quickly add some pictures and tell you how we are!

I just absolutely LOVE my DADDY!! He has the kindest voice, and such amazing thoughts. He's soo sincere and loving. I love his smile and his smiling wrinkles around his eyes. He has wonderful ideas and inspirations. I love talking with him EVERY Sunday (since 2005) and knowing that I can talk his ear off and he will just listen. I love and miss his hugs and kisses. My daddy is my Hero! Such a Hard worker, and a infinite amount of Jokes and Love! I really couldn’t imagine my life without him.

My cutie face hubby turned 27 on the 6th! We had a great day! I had thursday off, but he had to go to school. So, I cleaned and made breakfast for him and one of our friends Courtney. After breakfast, everyone left and I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned! I had to run to the store and get some stuff for his birthday. When we were on our vaction Kalua when to bubble paradise...However I decided to get Rob a new Beta! We now have Bubbles! I really wanted to suprise Rob and invite Gris and Kev to dinner. So I told Rob at about 7:15 my Maitenance supervisor needed some keys so I will get ready and then run up there, then come back pick you up and we will go! I did have to go up to my office, but I blew up some ballons and wanted to have them at Texas Road House for when he got there. So when I was driving to T.R.H. I called and told him I had a flat tire, so I needed him to come up and help me and we would just go to T.R.H. instead of where we were going to go. But little did he know I was fine and I had a bundle of ballons tied to the back of my car! When he pulled up I was standing at the back of my car. He was smiling all big and was laughing saying I was a sneaky girl! It was soo much fun! They made Rob sit on a saddle and they sang to him. He got a shirt from his favorite eatery in El Paso, a new fish and some treats! It was a really good night! He is just one cute stinkin' guy! I love you Robbie!

Bad Blogger = Beckie!

WOW! It sure has been awhile since I last blogged! I thought I would take a few minutes while dancing with the stars is wrapping up!! And Florence and Corky are going home... Here we go...

#1. Rob and I are doing really well! We are just working and ummm pretty much working. I got a new job! I work in the same industry, but different property! I was given the opportunity to work full time with benefits and commission! I was working at an office that was pretty much at a dead end. Now things are going a lot better for Rob and me! It's nice having him depend on my paycheck! haha only because one day I will be depending on his!

#2. Rob is doing well in school! He seems to like it! He's taking a full semester of classes! He's still working at BYU in the Geology Dept. working with computers! I love my big NERD!

#3. I'm doing pretty well! Working is long and pretty hard. A lot of people consider my job a glorified babysitter... I would have to agree completely! I am pretty much a real estate agent but leasing apartments! Leasing is COOL! Or that’s what I'm told! I love my new office! I have my own desk, and I get to be as creative as I want! This is a MAJOR plus!!

#4. We still have all of our fish! Wall-e and EVA (From Wall-e), Huey, Dewey, and Louie (Donald Ducks nephews (their also triplets)), Kyle (Despicable Me), Scuttle (Little Mermaid), Agnes (Despicable Me), and Buzz (DUH, Toy Story 1, 2, and 3).

#5. We have had a pretty good year. We have spent the majority of our time in Utah, but we have had a few fun things planned this year. I went to Las Vegas with Gris, my best friend. One of her cousins was having a baby shower and so we took a last minute trip down there! We had a really good time! We spent the majority of the time with her family and then when we had a little time we went to the strip! I hadn't ever been there before so we just the fun spots! We went to the MGM Hotel, Thunder from down under... haha well we just went there to buy a key chain! haha M&M factory and a few more. Rob and I also had the opportunity to drive down the California with a really good friend of ours and see some of our family! My oldest nephew was baptized and we also celebrated his and one of my niece’s birthdays. My sister celebrates their birthdays at the same time since their birthdays are a few weeks apart and they all have pretty much the same friends! Smart lady! While we were there we spend some time with my dad and mom and my little sister. We had a good time but it was too short! We left Monday morning and drove to Vegas and stopped at the Coke Factory and tasted all the cokes from around the world! That was way fun! They have an Italy Soda…but it was DISGUSTING! I was soooo SAD! PS they just broke ground for the Rome, Italy Temple a week ago!! CAN’T WAIT!!! Once we came back I took one more trip to Logan with my cousin for an overnight-er! I have never been to her parents’ house, so she had told me a little bit about it before…but I was not expecting what I saw! HOLY CRAP!! This house was AMAZING! I think it’s like a 10 bedroom 7.5 bath. I don’t know but it was amazing and her mom and dad are the only ones that live there! I just feel in LOVE! We just hung out and then Kris went to her High School Graduation and I hung out with Dallas… (I am in LOVE with this child!) Then we came home the next day! We had a good summer. We went camping twice and enjoyed both times!

#6. We will be going home for Christmas to El Paso…woot woot… Can’t wait to see Jenny, mom and dad! We are going to try to fly home…but what the CRAP?! Why is it sooooo EXPENSIVE??! Anyone know of cheap tickets?? Or FREE??! haha

I can't tell you how grateful I am for the church I was brought up in. I am a Mormon. I am grateful for my loving parents, Jack, Marilyn and D.Ann. (NO my dad does not practice polygamy) I am grateful for my loving brother and sister. I cannot express the love I have for family and for the love I have for my future family. Thank you Carolynn for the advice and the love you have shown me recently. This is tough, but I know he will be just fine!

Update and EVERYTHING!!

I know it's been awhile so I decided to update everyone, on whats going on in our lives. First, Rob has been working with the Geology Dept., for a class that is mandatory to take. We are on week 5 as of today and next week will be the last. It has been a long 5 weeks but I (We) are VERY happy it is over!! It sure has been LONG! Other then that he seems to be enjoying himself.
As for me...Im still working for the same company...Woot Woot. Besides work I have been trying to keep myself busy while Rob had been gone. I really haven't done alot of crafting...weird huh?? But I re-arraned my room all by myself!! (This is when I wish I would have taken before and after pictures!! I ALWAYS forget to do that!) We now have ALOT more room then before! I have deep cleaned my house...FINALLY! I haven't really been able to do it recently!

Rob and I went camping a few weeks ago..Never got around to posting pictures...When we went camping we were still in April so not alot of places were open. Rob knew the A.F. Canyon would be open so we decided to go up that way. We drove all the way over there and paid our fee and tried to look around for spots. EVERYTHING was CLOSED! Sooo FINALLY we went back and asked where we could camp. The camp dude said, "Oh you wanted to Camp? O well there's nothing open for awhile" In the mean time Im thinking..."Ya, we just drive around with a bunch of camping stuff in the back of our car!" RETARD! So we got our money back and then drove back down. Rob said we can go to this place 3 hours away.. I SAID NO! So we went to Utah Lake.(Mind you is litterally 4.3 miles away from our house...roughing it HUH?) It was expensive, but worth it FOR ME! I don't do well without electricity!

Before camping my Sister and Brother-in-law came to visit and take pictures at a wedding in AF. So WE got to watch Hanna! This is the neice that doesn't know me very well because we don't live close. So I thought she wouldn't warm up to us or she would cry the whole time! BUT to my suprise that little trooper did AMAZING!! We had a great time. My sister told me she wasn't into the movie scene thing but she LOVED coloring... SOOOO What did we do? WE COLORED!! She colored in almost everyone of my coloring books with one color. It was sooooooo CUTE!! I wish I would taken a video of it!! No such LUCK! But we did take pictures!

I painted Hanna's toes...She could barely sit still! Took me 5 mins to do her toes because they were sooo SMALL!

Anywho, I haven't planted any veggies yet, only because Utah is THE MOST BIPOLAR STATE IN THE WORLD! I will plant them soon and take pictures as well!! I planted Poppies and Tulips. My poppies are the only thing alive right now...

As of right now we are still loving eachother more and more EACH DAY! We have been happily married for 2 years on May 3. Unfortuatly Rob was gone for our anniversary so my bestie Courtney took me on a date!! It was alot of FUN! She's been a very good freind while Rob has been gone...And while he is here! good freind all AROUND!! Was VERY blessed to have her as our neighbor!

Rob and I FINALLY got a calling! We are the Cub Masters of our ward! Im VERY excited and so is Rob! We can't wait to start working! Right off the bat we didn't know it would be sooo much work! We already have to take some online classes and we also had to get background checks! I feel like we are renting an apartment or becoming lifegaurds! I know my Grandpa Anderson will be VERY PROUD!! I called my dad and he was VERY excited as well! He had the same calling! He is soooo CUTE!
We finally got our Father's Day cards! Can't wait till he sees his!! I love my dad's! They are both sooo cute!! I LOVE my Dad's!!

So this is how my mind works...

One of my prospects came in to get prices on a one bedroom, He told me that he needs an apartment on the ground level. His wife has a pollio and cannot walk up the stairs. So he came back the next day and asked if he could get a 1 bedroom on the first floor. Again I told him, there are NO one bedrooms on the first floor. He said, so will anyone be moving out and then we can move in? I said, Ok so like I said before there are NO ONE BEDROOMS on the FIRST FLOOR! He then said right right right...So after he left, Keyla and I were talking and she said, which president had pollio? I said ummmm I can't remember but its right on the tip of my tounge! President Roosevelt Keyla said! I was about to say Ezra Taft Benson for some reason... Keyla Said, Ezra Taft Benson? He wasn't even a president. Well I thought of president monson and president's for some reason. Then I said how old is President Monson? I said he must be in his 70's or 80's. Keyla put her thumb in the air saying 'higher'. I said noooo there's no way! He doesn't have white hair! It's still brown! So we decided to google president Monson. Google pulled up, President Hinckley, President Monson and other things that pertained to LDS presidents. NOTHING ABOUT OBAMA! I LOVE IT!! I bet google doesn't like Obama! YAY GOOGLE! We found out that Pres. Monson is only 83, he was ordained an apostle at 36! Holy COW! could you Imagiane? So after we found out how old Pres. Monson was Keyla, said that her freind went to a talk given by an apostle and he talked about 'Cleanliness is next to Godliness'. She said her friend had a VERY dirty room. She felt VERY guilty about it so after the talk, the apostle came outside to shake hands and he came up to her and said Sister, Cleanliness is NEXT to GODLINESS! Keyla then said HE KNOWS! I said So pretty much President Monson is like Santa!

Chapter 7 'Where will Geology take US'

This was a pretty tough week... Rob was gone Thrusday to Saturday night! That was NO FUN! Had an 'interesting' conversation with a friend, Our 3 little fishies have been sick and unfortunatly on wednesday night Ethel passed on to fishy heaven and then on Saturday morning Gil and Lucy went too...I know Gil was only a 'fish' but he was family. We really loved him! We have had him since June 2009. He survived our trip from Kentucky to Utah. One of my friends is going to be filing for divorce... On top of ALL of this...My chi Broke! All in all I'm VERY GLAD Rob is back home.

Rob will be leaving at the end of April for a DUMB geology Trip AGAIN. I changed my status on Facebook to " I hate Geology" and Rob's response was.. You won't hate it when you see the first paycheck! You know I really don't hate it, I just hate that he is ALWAYS gone right now... I know in a few months when he is finally graduated It will be an AMAZING feeling!! Chapter 7 'Where will Geology take US?' do do do DO!

On Wednesday last week, Rob and I decided to take th eday off and go to Salt Lake and just spend some time together! He got Cheesecake Factory gift card from some of our friends and so we deicided to use it since we would be up there! We also went to Ikea and Hobby Lobby!! I got spoiled pretty GOOD! After Ikea we went to PetSmart and add to our family! We now have Lucy and Ethel! Gil isn't SUPER fond of them but he's doing ALOT better! I thought he would eat them! We thing Ethel is prego with an Ego! But we will see in a few weeks! Today (wed) Lucky the Leprechaun came to visit! Left us some YUMMY treats and turned our milk green!

1. I have lived in 7 states in my 22 years(I know someone who's parents work for the military can one up me...but still).In the 1 year and 10 months I have been married, I have moved 7 times.

2. I have a goal to see Italy by the time I will be 28. I have a little Italian and a Little irish in me. Rob always tells me he thinks I have more Italian
then I think I really do! Rob and I learning, so we will be prepared! Italian and then scriptures!

3. I HAVE TO BE EXTREMLY OGRANIZED! I don't like to not know where things are. Sometimes I do organize so much that I don't know where it went...

4. I honestly think I have short-term memory loss! I used to have an AMAZNG memory when I was a kid! Although, my Grandpa Anderson ALWAYS gloats about my GPS of a memory! Its VERY CUTE!

5. I don't like to be copied! I don't care how elementy it sounds... I have a specific person in my life that will do the things I do and then not admit to them when I jokingly ask if they did them. It bugs me. My poor husband and his poor ears!

6. I could eat Rubio's, fresh salsa and asparagus for the rest of my life! Weird combo I know...but I love it!

7. I have a small habit of putting "!" at the end of all my sentences and words! It's a weird habit but I don't mind it! hahaha

8. I'm obsessed with a few things in my life.. Rob, The bachelor, having my ipod organized to a T!!, crafting, my frontloaders, my wedding ring (i look at it all the time!), keeping things SUPER organized at my work, and ROB!

9. I always wear my mascara to bed. I feel like I can be pretty if -HEAVEN FORBID-firefighters have to knock down my door! Dumb I know...

10. Gerber Daisies are my FAVORITE flower!! I LOVE THEM! I had them at our wedding and besides Rob those made me soooooo unbelievebly HAPPY! My mom and I used to watch You've got mail! And I always remember the conversation between Kathleen and Joe FOX:

11. For some reason I LOVE TBS. According to Jim, Yes, Dear, King of Queens! I just love it!

12. I got a blanket for my mom's funeral. I will NEVER get rid of it. I have had it for 10 years now. And it is ripped up and pretty ghetto to be honest! But I will always remember where it came from and why I have it.

A good weekend in Provo! It was pretty warm and we spent some good quality time together! Rob made dinner tonight it was pretty good! He burned the carrots...but to be honest they tasted pretty good! We cleared up Rob's black heads on his nose! Good WEEKEND! Work tmrw! Woo Hoo!

Loaded Potato Casserole aka Potato Deliciouiocity!

I do the newsletter at my apartment complex every month, I seriously LOVE to do it! I only have to do the front and the back of it. The company that we go through does the middle. So every month they will put a YUMMY recipe in it, and the newsletter was finally sent out and this is what came in it! So here is the recipe!

Ingredients:
- 8 medium potatos, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. black pepper
- 2 c. shredded cheese ( i just used a normal 2 cup bag of shredded cheese)
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbles
- Slied green onions (optional but highly reccommened)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a casserols dish. Pleace potatoes in a large pot. Cover them with water, bring to a boil. Cook over medium heatfor 15 to 20 mins or until tender and then drain.
Return to pot; add evaporated milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Beat with a handheld mixer until smooth. Stir in 1 1/2 c. cheese and half the bacon. Spoon the casserole into the dish.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining 1/2 c. cheese, remaining bacon and green onions. Bake for an additional 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
We ate this with some yummy veggies! Enjoy!!

**Did you know that in a recipe if it calls for "T" it means tablespoon and "t" means teaspoon? Rob is soooo DANG insightful!**

Happy Valentines Day!!

I hope everyone had a GREAT Valentines day! We had a pretty good one! Although we are sick it was pretty fun. We like to celebrate on the 13th. We got engaged on the 13th in 2008 at 11:50 pm. Plus, Valentines day was on a sunday. I had saturday off so we slept in and just hung out. Finally around one I asked Rob, What are we doing today? He said well we have to wait till something arrives. So I went outside, and to my suprise there was a long box on the side door. So I ran inside and to the other door. I opened it up and there was a obx from Proflowers! I was sooo excited I just ripped it open and it was 2 dozen colored roses!

These were my fist bouquest of roses and a box of chocolate! It was really nice!!
After the flowers got here we were going to go and see a movie BUT it was sold out. So we went to smiths and got some stuff to make dinner together! We made steak, mashes taters, asparagus and holidaise sauce. YUM! After dinner watched a movie and just relaxed.

Sometimes, I honestly can't believe the things he knows!!!

I will start by saying, its been a pretty decent week. I have started a few crafts and I can't wait to finish them! I got a GREAT job offer that would require $100 rent, but I would have to move...AGAIN!
In the two years that we have been married I would have moved 5 times! Yay for being NEWLYWEDS! Anywho, the job would let me move up into Orem and I would become the apartment manager and would be able to live there as well as keep my job and still have some kind of income. So that being said... I think that Lord is trying to send a small hint (pictures to follow...).
I have become OBSESSED with some crafty websites, which are taking a toll on our income! I have about 19-23 crafts that I would like to finish! Some are Valentiney, some are house hold items, and some are for ME! The ones that I have taken pictures are for everything

This is the latest development! We have been getting snow like CRAZY, since about 7pm tonight it came DOWN! It only lasted about an hour but it gave us come GOOD snow!

Chirstmas in California!

Well first off Happy New Year!! So far the year has been treating us well! Rob is back in school and I'm trying to get back into the swing of things at work, had a rocky start but it seems to be going well now.
We had a GREAT time in California! We left on Christmas eve at 7am. I told my parents that I would have to work till 1 so we wouldn't be there till 1am. My dad was a little bummed, but im sure he got over it. Rob and I love to make the drive together to California. It reminds us of when he came home to meet my family for the first time! We played 20 questions 7 times and got to know eachother VERY WELL! This trip makes it 2 years since Rob asked my dad for my hand! SOOO CUTE! Well we ended up arriving into Oceanside around 6:30 pm. I had called my mom about an hour before we got into town telling her to bring dad home from work, because we left early. When we got there we creeped up to the door and rang the doorbell. My dad came to the door and was SOOOOOO SUPRISED! He had NO idea we were coming home sooo early!! It was a christmas gift in itself to see his happy smile and his wonderful daddy hug! We came in and had some snacks and read the christmas story together!
The next morning we all woke up and opened gifts. After that my grandma and grandpa came over and we had a WONDERFUL Christmas meal and just enjoyed their company. After dinner we decided to go down to my sister Carolynn and borhter in laws home for a little visit in San Diego! It was amazing to see how much the kids had grown! Seth is now 7, Cali is 5 and Hanna 1. The kids got the Wii resorts game from Santa so Seth was ALL over that! We watched him for awhile and just talked.
The next few days we spent alot of time with Kelly, my little sister. We went to LA and went celebrity seeing! hahaha it was soooo much fun! Before her mom passed away we did it once for her birthday. So we decided, in memory of her mom and kelly's birthday we decided to go again!

A weekend alone!

Rob is gone this weekend for his interveiws for the internship he wants (and me too!). He left on Friday morning around 5:45am for Laramie WY. He'll be back on Monday! It can't get here any sooner!!
I've just been a mess without him! On friday I drove like I was taking him to school. On saturday I was all dumb and teary eyed because I missed him soo much!! However, while he has been gone I was able to get ALOT of the crafts I've been wanting to get done!

Well As you can tell this is Rob! He is in Laramie WY this week for a intership interveiw thing!

On Friday the 25th, we celebrated my 22nd birthday. Rob was woken up to by me jumping on the bed yelling "it's my birthday! it's my birthday!" He had to finish a paper and go up to campus for a class so I dropped him off and picked him up at 2:15.
After that I dropped him off at home and my cousin Kristin and I went to the Holy cow boutique. I looked around for awhile, and came home with a cute painted wooden block. After that Rob and I went to Target with a gift card that my mom and dad got for me! After Target we came home and got ready for a fUN filled night!! Rob and I went with a few friends to Nicklecade. Its an arcade that only uses nickles! Then we all went to dinner at cafe rio and then to our place for food and cake!!

Kentucky and its WONDERFUL glory...

I really never posted about "Kentucky". I just wanted to post some pictures of the summer and some things we were able to do!

Utah or BUST!

We sure did miss Utah! The mountains and the Mormons!

We left Kentucky on the Saturday the 22nd at about 7:30 in the morning and drove all the way to Cortland Nebraska. Rob's grandparents live in a small twon of 300 people. We were able to meet and see lots of family. I finally met Aunt Jane, who if you ask me look almost exactly like Cathy (mother in law). We also saw Sabrina, Tiffany, Kyle, Casey and Uncle Russ. Sandy and Phil live just down the road so we were able to see them as well as the kids! Paige and I seem to get along pretty well, so were able to have some fun!

On the saturday that we got there we were to the local diner and had dinner with Grandma and Grandpa. It was fun to have dinner and mingle.

On sunday EVERYONE came over. We had some lunch and then decided to go boating and tubing. BUT there was blue algea and your not supposed to go in it...so we all took turns and just drove around on the boat for about an hour...then came home. After that we decided to go play some volleyball which was alot of fun, Phil, Russ, Casey, Kyle, Rob, Nic, and I all went. Lets just say we got to know eachother pretty well!! After that we came home and had some dinner.

We were using the tape measure to measure how wide the door ways were so they could move a new fridge in down staris. Then we all measured our muscles. Rob is pointing to the 16 but he's really an 18! Can you see what it says under the 16?

On monday, we really didn't have much planned. Grandpa and I both wanted to see Juila and Julie. It was an ADORABLE movie! Even Rob enjoyed it. We cam home and played a game of Doodle Dice and then went to bed knowing we would have to be up PRETTY EARLY! We sure did enjoy our time with everyone!

Rob's 1st day of school

Rob has started school and is looking forward to finishing! He started on the 31st of August, He has classes in Chemistry, D&C, Intro to Sizemec, Structural Geology, Statistics, and Geology seminar. He has two more semesters to graduate. He is now looking into graduate schools and internships. Rob will be going to Laramie, WY on the 4th and 5th to apply/interview for this AMAZING internship! He will be able to do his two favorite things, Computers and Geology! We are praying that he gets accepted! Once Rob is all done with his classes at the beginning of the summer he will be going on a 6 week study with BYU studying... ROCKS! I am soooo PROUD of ROB! Everything is going well so far!

I have always pictured a thanksgiving with my parents! In my own home making a turkey, and knowing that I was able to do this on my own! Im soo excited that my parents will be joining us for Thanksgiving! I told my dad that I want to buy their tickets and fly them out here. My dad insited that he get the tickets! I was a little angry! I wanted to buy them!! O well! It just means that its now set in stone and they are for sure coming out! Thats all I wanted to say!

Rob and I are coming to a close on the end of our last summer with APX. I've got CABIN FEVER, it was my own fault for not getting a job. Its not like I didn't try, I applied at a few places I just never got a call back. But I can say that I have done ALOT of cute CRAFTS, for our new apartment! I can now say that in our first year of marriage we have lived in 4 different apartments, been to 5 different wards, lived in 3 almost 4 different states. I like it. Its fun to travel with Rob. Rob has really enjoyed working with APX. He's made lots of freinds and makes decent money. Last summer we were in Kansas City, MO. This summer we are in Louisville, KY. Its a different experiance. We were able to do alot more sight seeing and able to do some fun things. Rob's grandpa Windell was born in New Albany, IN. Its just right over the river. I wanted to go because it was apart of the Windell history, and anyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE MY NEW LAST NAME!! I love do any craft with the letter "W" or with our first names. Apprently, down the road there is a Windell Cafe and a Windell Gun shop. Thats what we were told. But Rob and I just spent the day talking and enjoying eachothers company.

I can blog from my PHONE! I love this thing! Just an update....Rob is at 160 installs, he only has to get about 20 more. Louisville is just full of suprises! Tonight at about 2:30. I looked out my window in the laundry room and there was a black guy searching cars to see if they were unlocked! I called the cops, Rob said he put some stuff in his pockets. I really do NOT fell safe here! There are some JERK people that DO NOT know how to drive! They get pissed if you dont put your blinker on but heaven forbid THEY dont!

We put a deposit down on a new apartment, in Provo. I have no clue why but i'm super stoked to go back to Provo! I think its because this will be one of our last apartments, and i'm just super excited to leave!! Rob only has 3 semesters left! Fall, Winter and then a Summer class thing! Then off into major adult hood!

My parents might be coming down for Thanksgiving! Im super excited. We decided they need a break from work! It will be the fist time since our wedding that I have seen them! I was going to go home in October for a wedding I was going to be in but they called it off...
Life is good, Rob and I are just lovin life and just trucking along!

Rob is just soo funny! I don't know if many of you think this is funny but Rob, me and a freind of mine got a kick out of this!

Rob has had to stay the night in hotels because the drive is too long and I don't want him to waste money on gas so he will just stay out there. Well the hotel has a continental breakfest and thats where they will eat. The other night when Rob came home I empty his suit case out and will wash all of his clothes including the one he wearing. When Rob gave me his shorts he emptied out his walet, phone and keys (the norm). So i didn't look to see if there was anything else? So I put everything in and a 3in1 sheet and away it went. Came back after 45 mins and deiscovered there was black flakes all over his clothing and the washer. At first i was a little disgusted, i thought it was fleas! But there wouldn't be that many...I said "EWWW!" out loud and he came running. He and I took a VERY long look at what we thought was pepper.

Come to find out the dork left a TEA BAG in his pocket!

I just can't help but blog about my mom around this time. i miss her and i wont shy around it. I love her and i wish all the time she was still here. I know how many people she touched and it makes me sooo sad that she couldn't be here to meet my husband, but i know when we all come back together she will meet him and love him! I can't help but cry while i do this, they are only happy tears.

Well Rob and I have officially made it to Kentucky. Rob is done with school and finals, he did pretty dang good! I had to quit my job. I was actually pretty sad. I made alot of freinds that became super close to me!
But we got everything packed...haha WOW! We had alot of CRAP! But we got a storage unit and packed my bed, the front loaders, and my couch! Let me just tell you how i miss my bed!! The bed that gave us in Kentucky is HORRIBLY HARD! I feel like im sleeping on a pile of bricks!(If you think im joking, COME and VISIT!) And this one is a queen. There is a reason we got a KING!!! Im small and like to curl up Rob is big and likes to expand!! Cant do that on a QUEEN! My front loaders are my babies! I miss thier quiet design and sleak fit! The couch we have out here isn't that bad except they are green...blehck!

Anywho! Rob and I are just trucking along! He has about 40 installs soo far! He sure is amazing!! We just celebrated our 1st anniversary on the 3rd of May! I can't believe how much we have been through and how fast it went by. Im suprised that he still wants me!!
We didn't really do anything super huge, which was actually really nice!! We are now in louisville and we just went down town. IT was the day after the derby and no one was out. It felt like we had the town to ourselves!

This blog is from 2 months ago...i thought i would just add it in before my new post!!

I feel like I never have time to EVER go on the computer anymore! My job sucks up my life! I go to work, come home, make dinner (or go to dinner) come home get ready for bed and go to bed. I work on the weekends so that’s out of the picture. We ALWAYS have something going on, on Sunday. So… I’m writing my blog entry at work on word and I will email it to myself and paste!!

Rob and I are going on 11 months on the 3rd of April. I CANNOT believe how fast it has gone by! We have soo much fun! We recently invested in Lego Batman®! Some of you may know but, I’m NOT a huge video gamer! But this game is AWESOME!!! I can’t believe how much fun I have! I get soo into it! We will stay up pretty late playing!! It’s addicting!!

Rob is still in school, he has about 2 semesters left. We thought we weren’t going to go out for the summer to install but we are going again. I’m actually pretty excited! We’re going to Louisville Kentucky. We have a 23 hour drive ahead of us! Rob’s excited because for some reason he REALLY wants to go to Cincinnati Ohio. I have NO idea why he wants to go there sooo bad! He keeps telling what there is to do out there and how long it takes. He’s like a kid wanting to go to Disneyland! It’s pretty funny. I would LOVE to visit Nashville and DC. Kenny Chesney will be in concert around our wedding anniversary, so I’m trying to convince Rob to take me to that concert for my anniversary present!! We didn't do this for our 1 year but i get to go to a concert of my choice!!

We decided to invest in a new family member! Her name is Ruby, she’s 3 years old. She’s a Mazda 6. We needed a more reliable car that would give us good miles per gallon and would be a family suitable car. Both are VERY TRUE! She’s a very good car that won’t give us problems, like the late Roxy. That family member wasn’t so loyal…

Everyone starts their blogs off like this but really...

It's been a while since i last bloged...and it will be pretty long! First, Rob and I went home for christmas. We decided before we were married that we would trade off on our parents house each year. So when Rob met my family that was the first and then this year being "our first" we went to his parents. We were there for two weeks...A little too long for me! But we had a good time. While we were there we visited my grandparents in Roswell, went to the UFO muesum.

When we came back to El Paso we played volleyball, went mini golfing, went chrsitmas light looking, watched LOTS of movies, went and saw YESman and Bedtime stories, spent time with his grandma and did lots of crafts...(well i did!!) On our way home from el Paso we listened to a book on tape and talked about our fun times of traveling! When we finally got into Utah I told Rob i would drive bc he had been driving since El Paso. So in a small small county named Carbon County. Well on the way home coming over a hill trying to pass a damn semi I got to about 83...and some STUPID COP caught me and i got my FIRST ticket in all of my driving life!! And well of course we didn't have insurance...(Let me explain, we have insurance on our CAR but not on us, its a long story!) And a while back i got my license STOLEN! It was a lovely time with the cop! We are now legal and have everything taken care of!

My sister in law Kristi emailed me with the subject HAYDEN NEEDS YOUR HELP! At fisrt i thought it was going to be a mass email going to all the family asking us to make a contribution to his school or buy some wrapping paper, while grabbing my check book i opened the email and it was just to me. I put my book down and kept reading. Hayden was asked to do a project called "Flat Stanley". Falt Stanley is a little guy that you can decorate and take to places that stanley has never been to. So i decided to take him to BYU, Salt Lake Temple, Bean Muesum, Thanksgiving Point, and we will play in the snow. So to decorate him im going to get some jeans, leather boots, and flanel cloth for his shirt. Im really excited bc Hayden doesn't really know me very well and this will help us grow together just a little bit...

When Rob and I were in Texas I hit up HOBBY LOBBY!! The first time I was ever there was in Kansas City. I fell in love! I actually wanted to work there!! Any who while i was down in Texas I went and got the after Christmas Sales!! I needed something for my kitchen and for the Master bed. Rob came with me! Surprisingly enough he likes to help to pick things out. I was in there for an hour and he wasn't a big fan...but he liked what I got and we got to spend time together!! I really like these vinyl decals that they have now-a-days! We already have the "ALWAYS kiss me goonight" Rob picked that one out!

The only addition to this one is we put up a shelf and bought Wall-E and EVE!

Well it's been a little bit since my last blog, so i'll do a little catching up...

Rob is still going to school and as cute as usual!! He's working at BYU in the geology dept. It's starting to get a little more tough. He has about a year left! He should be done by christmas next year!
His jeep hasn't been working lately so we have been forced to be a one car family! It's really not that bad! I just feel bad for him bc he is like 30 mins early to school! I work on the other side of town so I have to leave early to get to work on time!! We should have the car back by tmrw or so! Darn Cars!!

I'm just working and trying to be a good wife! I'm still working with APX. It's not bad...I'm not a huge fan of people yelling at me and telling how horrible person I am, or how I work for a rotten company!! Not the most fun i've had! We will be leaving for Texas around the 21stish. I really think im more excited then ROB! It's sooo fun to be around his family! We should be down there till the 1st or so of January. Rob starts school on his birthday so we have to be back by then. I'm getting excited to start wrapping presents! I have Jenny's (Rob's oldest sister) presents all done and wrapped! Im almost all done with my christmas shopping!! I just need to get a few more details to Rob's gifts and stocking!

Black Friday Shopping - NOT WORTH IT!!

Oh my goodness! I told Rob I would not EVEN trying walMART!! So we decided to hit up the mall, Sears, Radio Shack and Target! The mall wasn't super crowded! It had calmed down since 630 AM! I really wanted a new ipod for my gift this year! So Rob and I tried 4 Radio Shacks! NOTHING!! Then we decided to finally just go to Sears and see if his surround system would maybe be in stock. Of course it was not. We were able to get it in their catalog for the same price just on a different day! So after Sears we decided to go and get some food and replan where we should go!! After our food for Energy we went to Best Buy! That is where we would look for Rob's Rock band2! We walked right in and go it!! That was lucky!! After Best Buy we decided to just TRY TARGET! This is where we would look for my ipod and that cheap TV they had on Sale!! Before we walked in I thought to myself... "Beckie, Target is going to be EXACTLY like WalMart!! Just not with White trash!! (i love walmart!)" We walked in looked up and there were thousands of those annoying moms that HAVE TO GET Sally the wee wee doll for Jane her daughter and Timmy the Tool MAN for their son Billy! It was bad they were running aroung like their hair was on fire!! After fighting through the fire and flames I looked up.... and there were 25, 26" $299 TV's! I was sooo excited!! I picked it up and got it into my shopping cart! I said to Rob you wait here with the cart and I will see if they have IPODS! I walked in asked and they said Oh YES! We have about 16 left...I said Are they pink? He said we have TWO LEFT!! I ran over their as if my LIFE DEPENDED on IT!! I GOT IT!! I felt like Maria on the Sound of music running through the feilds of Music!! We went right up to the checker and said "checker check me out!" and she did!!

Our day really wasn't that bad! We had fun getting what we wanted and having a day together!!

That's right!! Rob and I are done with our summer in KCMO(Kansas City, Missouri)!! We are sooo EXCITED to be coming home to all of our friends and family!! We found a apartment in the Orem area. We will be moving in on the 23rd of September(cough 2 days before my birthday cough). We will be leaving KCMO on the 24thish of August and making our way to Nebraska to visit with some of Rob's family (now my family), and then leave for Destination: PROVO!! Rob will start school on the 3rd.

I'm starting the packing...man o man I forgot how much stuff WE have!! Its fine, I can do it!! But MAN!! It sure does take time!! Rob loves to just help as much as he can!! I love him sooo much!! I really CANNOT wait till we can unpack and be in our home for a FULL YEAR!! WoOOooOO!! Then next year I'll do it all over again and hopefully we'll be moving into our home home!! But we will see!!

Rob did a great job this summer!! We're not done officially till this Friday but I'm sure he'll just get one a day...the REPS SUCK!! Not all REPS suck...just a few...I will not name them....

I made a little sign that I put a star on for EACH job he got...He's at 192 right now...but every time he got to 10 I would reward him with something!! It's just a small incentive!! He did more installs this year than last!!

Rob let me go and get a vacuum! So Dana and I went shopping and my limit was $70! So I got one that was blue and it was $65...we put it in the shopping cart and started to leave. As we walked away we saw a shelf filled with vacuums. They were priced at $44...i looked closer and saw that it was the same vacuum but... IT WAS FREAKING PINK!!! I had to get it!! Plus it was $44!! I saved us $26!!!

It was very hot out!! We were regretting sitting in the sun!! So we finally went over and sat next to everyone else!

Rob got home around 12:30 last night and i have been wanting to take a walk for a long time!! SO we took one around 1! It was a pretty night, the moon was out and the weather was really nice...we needed more pictures of each other so we took the camera!!

After the session at the temple we decided to go to the St. Louis Arch! I did not know that you could go to the top! As many of you know I'm not kean on HEIGHTS! It only cost $10 bucks, so 3 girls and 1 prego lady went to the top in this little pod!! It took about 8-9 mins to get to the top. Once you get to the top you can get out and look out at the Mississippi river side or the St. Louis side. Both sides were awesome! I really liked the St. Louis side!! While we were at the top there was a Cardinals game going on! We could see the entire stadium from the top! We could also see: The Edward Jones Stadium (Illinois Ram Stadium), The Busch Stadium (St. Louis Cardinals) The capitol building and the Us bank building. On the Other side (Illinois side) we saw the Mississippi river, the bridge connecting St. Louis to Illinois, and the river boat casino!

St. Louis Temple

On Wednesday Dana, Heather, Allyn and I decided to go to St. Louis to just fool around and get out of Kansas City! We starting driving around 11 am and made it to the St. Louis Temple at 2:40 pm! The next session was to start at 3!! We needed to HUSSLE!! So we went to some hospital parking lot and got dressed into our dresses and drove over to the temple! We made it at about 2:55! We got in and got Allyn's reccommend scanned, Heather's scanned and then Dana was next...Her bishop neglected to get her reccomend ACTIVATED!! So one of the bishop people had to go and do his thing and call Dana's bishop! After he came back we were able to go in! We had a great time. It was Heather and my first time doing a session! We had a great time!!

Yesterday, Rob, me, Dana, Brent, Lindsey, Evan, Bryan and Bryce went to worlds of fun in Independence and had a BLAST!!! I've been looking forward to going for 4 weeks!! Went on alot of rides!! And most of them twice or even more!! We got wet and sweaty, but it sure was worth the tan!!

Rob and I were married in the San Diego Temple on May 3rd! It was the best weather and a perfect time of day for us to be together forever and ever!! We went into the temple around 11am and were finally married around 12ish. It took me a while to get into my dress and get to where everyone was!! It was a beautiful wedding! After we were done we went back and put on my pink sash and got robs pink tie on and met everyone outside!! It was sooo nice to see everyone outside!!

This is when we first walked out of the temple...No one knew what door we were walking out of...Luckily Kelly and Karli were over randomly by that door, so Kelly got a million pictures!!

Well we just got married on May 3, 2008!! We've now been married for one month and 9 days!! ha ha We're really enjoying it!! Rob and I went on a cruise for our honeymoon! We had an amazing time! We went to San Diego, Catalina Island and Ensenada! It was my first cruise, I didn't get sick at all! That was the BEST part!! We didn't really do much. We went to all the ports and just enjoyed ourselves for a few hours. Our first port was San Diego. Rob and I got married just up the road in San Diego and I'm from there, so we kind of just wanted to go to a rite aid and get some snacks and a straightener!! After San Diego we went to Catalina Island.

I wasn't feeling too good so we kind of just hung out around the town. Very quaint and cute! All they drive is golf carts!! My kind of town!!

After that we went to Ensenada, all I can say is...It was definitely part of Mexico!! But we had a good time walking around and enjoying the sun!

When we came back from Ensenada we went and walked around the ship! I decided to climb the rock wall (way fun!). Rob just took pictures!!

We ate sooo WELL on the cruise!! Every night was something super nice!! I tried Lamb for the first time! One of the people at our table tried Escargot! It actually looked like mushrooms! They didn't look that bad!! At night we would go to some shows that they had! One guy was a super funny comedian, another was a semi (gay) funny guy that just sang and showed off his mad skills!! I had to say that I bought a drink on the ship so I got a coke....IT WAS $3!!! For a regular size can!!

Every time we came back to our rooms we were greeted with a small friend!!

The day our ship came back to San Pedro to disembark we were next to a couple waiting for the elevator. Me being nosy listened to their conversation....That morning we all got papers with how much we owed the ship. She was looking over hers...IT WAS 3 PAGES LONG!! She was not happy, her husband didn't really know he had that much fun last night!! She was not a happy camper!! Drinks are about $6-8...30-40 lines a page...YOU DO THE MATH!

Well we're now living in Kansas City!! It seems to be fun...sooo far! We dont really see eachother very much... which is ok but....it's pretty hard!! We've been here since May 23rdish...and we've been through one huge strom that scared the CRAP OUT OF ME!! I don't have pictures of the tornado touching because we live about 30 miles from that area...butI do have pictures of the sky looking kindof crazy and I like them!!
